I was charged the wrong amount than what was quoted on my reservation, additional fees were improperly calculated, and the drop off experience was absolutely terrible. At the drop off point stated in the agreement, I found a note instructing me to bring the car elsewhere. A drop off process that should have taken 30 minutes, took over two hours.Reviewed 27 Oct 2026

Pick up was very long. From the time we showed up at the counter and had our car it took 2hrs. Staff was nice and apologetic. Other car rental companies clients we’re coming and going and at Europcar it was more than an hour. There to get your car in the garage was so disorganized. The car itself was what we asked for. It was a brand new car and it was clean. The price for the rental was good. But looking back I’m not sure I would rent with them again.Reviewed 24 Oct 2026

I rented a luxury car and they gave me a very bad small dirty car. I was told that is what I would get for the price I paid. If it’s what was on the site I expected the luxury car. Mr. Aubrey should not be to dictate what he thinks I should get. He claimed that it cost more to wash the car than to rent it to me.
