It had a nice looking pool, but I didn't use it. There were renovations in current operation. Although clean, interior design was missing such as some flooring. The bathroom was clean but dated, I'm not a big TV watcher, but from time to time I like to watch, and unless it was news or sports, I did not see anything worth watching, very limited channels..and the room temp was set at over 80 degrees and took several hours to cool off. I did get in at 11:30 pm and was tired, but due to the warmth of the room, wasn't able to sleep til 1:30, And the breakfast was only available til 9... I know it seems like a lot of negativity, I would stay again, but not for the "discounted price" of $81.00, I can get much better for that or less.

The staff was very friendly and helpful Needed a little more maintanance as I kept noticing little things like lights that were burnt out, smoke detectors missing, some flooring starting to look old...mostly things that could be corrected quickly but weren't. For the most part things were neat, clean, and orderly however.

First, the gal behind the desk when we arrived was very very friendly and helpful - even made some fresh coffee for us when we arrived. Second, we were very pleased with the cleanliness - everything was neat as a pin. Third, the bed was very comfortable. The negatives - as indicated - were so minor we would never let them influence our decision to stay there. As such, they are on our list for the next time we pass through Farmington. In spite of how clean everything, our room had a musty smell when we arrived. However, after running the HVAC unit briefly, that was cleared up. Also, there was only one tissue in the kleenex box.

The hotel staff were amazing. They were polite and attentive in every way. The rooms were dated and they had a musty odor. The light and the tv did not work.

We liked our 2 Gueen beds...very comfortable. Located near touring sites. We had to shorten our stay due to illness.....NO fault of the hotel.

It was very near the Riverwalk in Farmington and I was able to walk to it the hot tub and pool were unavaialble
