Pros (+) Was out every morning before breakfast was officially offered, but still was able to get fresh coffee and bagel with cream cheese or some other bite.
Cons (-) Exterior was dirty and smelled of smoker cigarette butts. That smell entered the room that was stuffy and the AC took a long time to cool.

Pros (+) Price and proximity to restaurants was good. Decor was nice.
Cons (-) I felt like it could have been cleaner and there was a lot of traffic noise. My mom had a separate room and her telephone didn't work. We reported it but nobody ever came down to check it out.

We were somehow booked in a smoking room and said we couldn't stay in one because one of our children couldn't be around it, the women at the front desk said there were no other rooms available. Cons (-) The AC was broken in our room. The Tub was missing the stopper so no baths could be taken. The cleaning lady came into our room at 9 when we were still sleeping. We told them the AC was broken and they said they would tell maintenance , they didn't. We asked them to try to get us a fan or a new room, the front desk said they would look into it. Cons (-) Con's - small parking spaces, had to ask for tv remote, wifi was off and on during the stay

Pros (+) Very little.
Cons (-) The pillows provided are mini pillows. They are square and small. It took four attempts to get more pillows for us. The hotel is dated and not well taken care of. The WiFi is a joke and would not reach our room. We had to go outside to use it. The parking lot is so tight it's extremely hard to maneuver.
