Cons (-) I would not eat at the dinner or breakfast buffet again!
Pros (+) Restaurants and morning free buffet were excellent. Rooms had windows that did not open and made it very stuffy. Hotel staff messed our rooms up and caused a lot of shuffling around. Casino slot machines are plenty and new and clean.
Pros (+) The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We stayed in the North Tower newer section. Great beds, and shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Smoke from the casino permeated most of the hotel but not our room. The steak house was closed in Wednesday but the bar food was very good in the Portage Bay Bar.

Cons (-) Not too classy even for a first nations establishment. The operating staff was pleasant but generally non-professional...mainly seniors and inexperienced youth. Breakfast bakery items were stale both days. Paid extra to book the breakfast-included package but breakfast buffet was free to hotel guests anyway.
Cons (-) Staff unlocked our room to a stranger at 930 AM no questions asked. Food took over an hour and was incorrect when received Staff in every department of the hotel and casino were rude and far from helpful with any issue or resolution Random $60 charge placed on our credit card Hotel phone was broken
