I ordered a convertable mini (with the picture of a MINI). I am aware of the categories, but I did not expect to be offered a FIAT 500 even if the roof should be slightly opened. My great disappointment is clear. The lady who took care of me was everything but nice and empathetic. After explaining what I expected and what I paid for, only one option was presented: to actually add twice the price. one can easily understand why I will not buy more on your site, and away from everything related to Europcar. I'm going to Norway in two weeks, and this morning I rented a car through my "old" rent a car company. Even if it seems that it is a little more expensive in comperison to your site and similar, at the end it turns out that the cost is sane and less expensive and especially I have someone to talk to if there is any problem.Goldcar Rental SP

Cons:
They didn't make some of their (nonstandard) rules clear. That's fine... but then when we tried to address these issues with them they were unwilling to discuss. Bluntly, I feel like I was mugged. I won't do business with them again. I will go out of my way to make sure my friends don't deal with them.Alamo

Pros:
I have been renting cars at Malpensa for over a decade. Recently I had a bad experience with another car rental agency and was very nervous about renting a car again. However, This experience was fantastic and I would recommend Anyone to use Alamo/National/Enterprise/Locauto when in need of a car in Milan.Cons:
