Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the outstanding service, especially highlighting the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, with Simo frequently mentioned for going above and beyond. The hotel's central location near the medina and main attractions was highly appreciated, making it convenient for exploring. Breakfast was often described as delicious and plentiful. While many found the rooms comfortable, especially the beds, cleanliness was a recurring issue in several reviews, with some guests reporting dirty bathrooms, worn linens, and occasional unpleasant odors. Overall, the positive experiences with service, location, and breakfast outweighed the negatives for most guests.
