Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were very pleased with the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, who received consistent praise across many reviews. The location near the train station and city center was frequently highlighted as convenient. Breakfast was generally appreciated, with some guests noting special touches like takeaway options for early tours. However, there were negative comments about noise from trains, thin walls, and occasional issues with air conditioning, cleanliness in common areas, and value for price. Despite some drawbacks, the positive service and location stood out.
