Pros (+) We stayed in three hotels during our trip to Italy, and this was our favorite. Very centrally located, a short walk to all the museums, etc. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and sincerely friendly. The room was gorgeous, the breakfast the best we've experienced in a long time. We'd definitely stay here again if we returned to Florence.
Cons (-) A tad cold, even though it was in the 90s outside. Had to turn off the AC. That did the trick.
