Cons (-) I called prior to my stay and reviewed the details of the room and let them know I’d be there with my wife and service dog. Joe told me they didn’t allow animals and I again reiterated that it was a service dog. He said, “that doesn’t matter. I’m cancelling your reservation.” I was dumbfounded. It’s a federal ada violation, and he was so flippant.
