I never got a car, at all. I had booked more than 24 hours out, but I received a call 2hrs before pickup saying they had zero cars. I then tried to book another car, got confirmation, sat in the office for over 30 minutes, only to be told there was nothing in the system for me at all - despite a confirmation.10.0 Wonderful

The clerk at the rental counter was both condescending and rude to both myself and husband at pick up and drop off. We will never rent from this location again.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The gentleman that helped me was very nice. It was really hot that day & I had to wait outside for close to 45 mins while he helped other customers before I got my vehicle. He was always communicating with me & was very professional & friendly.Cons:
The car was very dirty & smelled like cigarette smoke. There was previous damage to the vehicle (scrapes & crack in the windshield-which was all recorded before I took possession of the vehicle). And I was about an hour into my journey, figuring out off the gadgets when I came across the tire gage. All 4 tires where WAY off (47, 45, 31 & 33) YIKES! I pulled over & adjusted the tire pressure. That should have been taken care of prior to me getting in the vehicle.7.6 Good
