7.9 Good
Pros: The hotel and views were really pretty. Comfy beds and nice and clean
Cons: Not one member of staff spoke or understood any english. We had to wait over an hour for our room key. The lady on reception in the evening really shouldn't be in the job she is as she was really rude towards us and it looks bad on the hotel.
7.9 Good
Pros: We loved the out side pools and location very relaxing
Cons: They speak very little English so google translate is a must No sign posts explaining where spa / restaurant etc was Bed very uncomfortable Bright lights outside our bedroom window kept us awake ( even with shutters down & curtains closed ) Asked to be moved to s room with a balcony ( happy to pay extra ) but non available although hotel not in 1/4 full
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: A fine building with comfortable furnishings
Cons: Unclear and expensive processes for thermal visits and treatments. Several Hotel staff unresponsive and unhelpful. Food choices very poor. Inadequate provision for English speaking guests. No hot water for showers after about 9am
5.0 Okay
Pros: Meals awful, they announced very nice menus but they often used recicled food of the day before in the soup of the day. No choice at breakfast, just terrible white bread, if asked they don't give you many answers . Good the room and clean
Cons: Meals awful , see above
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old hotel in amazing spa complex. Price paid included continental breakfast and entrance to thermal pools. Free loungers and cafe by pools. Truly a place to really relax. Small bathroom but nice hot shower.
Cons: Could hear noises from other rooms. Could hear people walking up an down corridor until early hours, as we were located near stairs. Also there was a fairly hard bolster pillow which gave me neck ache. Breakfast very minimal but good as we wanted to get into the pools!
7.5 Good
Pros: Location for visiting family, room was clean and comfortable
Cons: I understand that the hotel is rural and mainly for Spanish visitors but it makes it difficult to communicate when there are no English speaking reception staff , they were polite and helpful
7.9 Good
Pros: Great vista at poolside
Cons: No one at reception spoke English or even tried
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Tranquillity, views were amazing, seemed odd walking around in dressing gowns but every one was the same so soon got used to it.
Cons: First room was poor no aircon and the shutter would stay open, however they changed it straight away to a lovely room with a balcony. Shame the pool wasnt open until 10am so no early morning swim . No where to get food after 3pm except tapas on the bar.

6.0 Good
Pros: Despite the location next to a busy country road, the room was quiet, the bed comfortable and I slept well. Surprising: a jacuzzi bathtub. I also had a very good meal in the restaurant next door - and a good breakfast. (note: this was a stopover hotel for me on my way back to Switzerland, coming from Malaga/Nerja/Almería in an electric vehicle)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the decor of the rooms, the floor tiles were very effective & unusual (had not seen anything like them before) The spa bath in the bathroom was an unexpected & pleasant surprise)
Cons: The spa bath needed a slip mat in for people who used the shower. The continental breakfast was quite sparse - no cereal or yoghurt available & extra beverages needed to be requested.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was lovely
Cons: Nothing that I can say I disliked
7.5 Good
Pros: Good breakfast included. Plenty of free parking
Cons: Nothing to drink in the room
7.9 Good
Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable room with balcony. Food available as bar, cafe area, and restaurant ( not open in April when we were there). Easy to find on the rural Fortuna Road as near the only petrol garage. Onsite car parking.
Cons: Popular with travelling workmen/ business men.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Effort of the personel
Cons: Location Spa only open during the weekend
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Comfy beds. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Lovely meal.
Cons: The pool wasn't available for use.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good, staff ensured we had all we required. Room was spacious, plenty of parking.Lovely food served in the on site bar area.
Cons: Air conditioning was limited, the bathroom required an upgrade as one of the sinks was badly cracked and the bath very marked, the bedside light required looking at as it flashed continuously and the reading light at the desk didn't work at all. The fridge cupboard got very warm so had to leave the cupboard door open to let air circulate otherwise fridge didn't cool anything. The rooms would benefit from having tea making facilities in.
7.3 Good
Pros: A very comfortable room and a very good welcome from the staff who, without being asked, had put us on the quieter side of the hotel. An excellent evening meal in the restaurant, and a simple but adequate breakfast.
Cons: On a fairly busy main road and would be noisy if not in a room on the quieter side of the building.
7.3 Good
Pros: Great value for money. All the staff were very friendly, professional and altogether very accomodating. Spa facilities were excellent, food and its presentation good. Would thoroughly recommend. Will definitely book again.
Cons: Only critiscism was very noisy; road noise, and a wedding party, directly below room, until 4am.
