Cons (-) The woman at the front desk was unresponsive to my complaint of the room condition. 1. when I turned down the covers....the sheets had not been changed since I don't know when. They had obvious sex stains on them & black marks. 1 of the pillow cases had either sun tan oil on it or body oil buildup...sort of like ring around the collar. Pros (+) Service was excellent. This is a relatively new hotel and the picture on their web page does not do it justice. Nice clean facility, very nice staff. Great value and located in a very nice community of Fountain Hills...just across the street from the central fountain.
Cons (-) The only negative as with all the hotels we stayed at in Phoenix...the coffee was more like water than coffee. Come to Canada, we'll show you what real coffee is like.

Pros (+) The staff was extremely accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't spend much time in the room except to sleep, but it met all our needs. We enjoyed tasty breakfasts in the restaurant.
Cons (-) Unfortunately, the business center wasn't fully operational, but the staff, once again, came to our rescue and printed the documents we needed

Cons (-) All through the night I was bitten several places on my arm. Looked like spider bites or some other resident insect that has made the mattress home.
