4.0 Okay
Pros: there are big mall and beautiful beach near the hotel
Cons: some noise in the room made me crazy
4.0 Okay
Pros: when we arrived no one helping us o carry our larguage (bags)...and only when we went in the counter and ask for help.....than have someone help us to carry......the hotel too big and only few staff to serve the guest......not friendly ......dont feel at home
10.0 Excellent
Pros: No complaints what so ever.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel had a good reception staff. The staff tried to do their best. Their job was mostly to try to sell extra stuff e.g. use of the pool, bath, wifi...
Cons: The whole hotel is a bit of an upsell joint. You want to use the pool - pay; wifi - pay; public path - pay... you get the idea... if you ask they will give it to you as an included amount, but their ad on this site makes it seem like it is all included automatically. Also the hotel is hot. Like aircon issues hot. And they will not help.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: 1. Nice window view to Fukuoka tower. 2. Fukuoka tower on your right when you come out from the main entrance. 3. A big mall on your left when you come out from the main entrance. 4. Behind of the hotel can access to seaside.
Cons: 1. Queue during check in for around 45mins (if you are Hilton member then you will be fine, they will help you register as member once you check in) 2. Queue during breakfast even during 9.30am for around 30mins.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: very good location, just beside the pathway going to historical Oura Church and shops for some Nagasaki food/souvenirs. The rooms are spacious and have good facilities. Highly recommended. But I suggest to have brrakfast outside, their buffet breakfast is not practical for the price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: location、kind and friendly,
9.7 Excellent
Cons: I had been staying at a luxury double bed room over 5 times and it was to my surprise that the room I booked is such a tiny room eventhough I had added Yen2600 to exchange to a bigger room. At the end I have to pay extra Yen8000 to upgrade to the room type I stayed before which is something I did not expect. I once paid HK$780 (approx) for the luxury double bed but for the current stay, I paid double!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Vary good
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The services provided by staff were excellent and friend.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good service
Cons: Small rooms
7.1 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The cleanliness was below standard and I was a bit disappointed because I wanted to come back.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location: a couple of blocks from train station, many restaurants around. Nice, sizeable room. Free internet. Modern, very clean, quiet rooms. Helpful staff.
Cons: Getting to the hotel from the airport is best done by taxi if you have big bags -- there's no escalator at the subway stop. Lobby restaurant is expensive and selection is not all that interesting -- but you can walk to several good eating places in and around the station.

Cons: especially the the breviary deliciousness
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was value for money, close to the airport, easily accessed and has a Family Mart beside it at the Ground Floor. For the price, it's really competitive compared to other hotels in the area with the same size. Part of the reason why we want to come back to Fukuoka is because of this hotel. Hotel is close to nearby yummy restaurants too. I also like that it's in a quiet neighborhood. Hotel is near Exit 3 of Hakata Gion Station, like a 3 to 5 minute leisure walk.
Cons: None

Cons: nothing yet
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff is nice and allow me to check in even I arrived earlier than normal check-in time. Good location. Just a few minutes walk to Metro exit. Also close to shopping area. One of the reasons that I select this hotel is because it's just around 10 minutes walk from the hotel to the car rental shop that I picked up my car in Hakata Station area the next day. Another important reason is the nice natural spring onsen. Free noodle to fill stomach at night. Nice breakfast. Club floor's pantry coffee and tea machines provided 24-hrs nice coffee and tea. Last but not least, reasonably priced.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Its clean and the breakfast is very good
Cons: There was no aircondition in the room and it was not comfortable
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location
Cons: No
6.0 Good
Pros: The location is excellent, right at the Canal City shopping center and about 15 min walk from the Hakata central station. Many food options around, including nice restaurants and Fukuoka's famous street food stalls (which are overrated in terms of food quality). Hotel is OK, but not really great, but value for money is fair, I guess.
Cons: The room was overheated and could not be regulated. I had to keep the window cranked open, which is an issue because of outside noise. Other people (colleagues) had the same problem and it was obvious from the street to see that many windows were open. (In November!). Breakfast was ok-ish, but strongly leaning towards Japanese style and very limited for westerner's needs; needs improvement. Same hotel chain owns the Gracery in Shinjuku, Tokyo, which is orders of magnitude better in every respect (including breakfast) - I got fooled by trusting in this brand.
7.9 Good
Pros: Staff are co operative and helpful, so convenient just near the station, carpark is available and cheap
Cons: Pillow is not enough and too soft
7.1 Good
Cons: Window does not open for fresh air

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Room and bed were great.
Cons: Staff could be more friendly and handle financial transaction with more care. We stayed at the hotel twice in this trip. The first time the female receptionist informed us of the room charge rate higher than what had booked through booking.com. The second stay the staff was so busy that we had to wait 10 minutes in the cold to get our car out of the parking space.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: all good. quiet and clean
8.3 Excellent
Cons: The room was too small for 2 people. The air conditioner was a little bit noisy during the sleep.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staffs were so friendly especially when I tried to look for a pharmacy and made it so easy for me to look for places through their guidance. They have a coffee machine at the lobby for their guests! They also let us put our luggage for free before check in time. And 7 eleven is just right opposite ! There’s a bus stop just 4 mins away and a airport bus that goes straight to airport. So convenient
Cons: It’s located at a more quiet location but if you don’t mind a 5-10 mins walk to other bus and train stations.
6.8 Good
Pros: I wouldn't even classify the pillows as pillows. There were more like heavy, solid bags of sand. I had a stiff neck and back for days after.
Cons: The pillows. I did not like the pillows. I wouldn't even classify the pillows as pillows. There were more like heavy, solid bags of sand. I had a stiff neck and back for days after.

6.0 Good
Pros: - Location is good. Within walking distance to Hakata Station - Located near family mart (within 3-5 min walk) - Free breakfast (bread and coffee)
Cons: - Rooms are cramped. Very small (compared with their similar rooms - double twin, in other cities e.g. Kumamoto) - Can't complain due to price. But if I knew of the size, I would have shifted everyone to the hotel nearby (miyako or blosom).
8.0 Excellent
Pros: near station and shopping mall
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It’s just 5 min walk from the Hakata station. If you have few luggages , I suggest that you should come by bus from airport and stop at Hakata chikushi entrance station rather than using subway as there are few flights of staircase to reach the ground. The public bath is very clean and comfortable. Free light breakfast is available. Free coffee and chocolate are provided throughout the stay.
Cons: The room is a bit small for two people with two big luggages.

Pros: Almost everything
Cons: I wish in the future you will have triple room and more breakfast.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a wonderful night’s stay here! Proximity to Hakata Station is a big plus, with a semi-covered sidewalk most of the way! We were tired and hungry when we arrived, and were delighted to find scrumptious entrees at the in-hotel restaurant! The room was very clean and had sleek, modern amenities, such as a trouser press, clothes washer, and mini fridge. The bed was quite comfortable; we slept very well here!
Cons: The hallway temperature on our floor was rather warm, perhaps around 30 Celsius.
7.9 Good
Pros: Located in convenient area! I also enjoyed to be able to have a washing machine/dryer in the room!
Cons: They don’t clean the room unless you stay for a week or more. They only change everyday is towels.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room felt modern and was clean. The beds, while single in size, were big enough to fit an adult and child comfortably. We all had a good night’s sleep. There was an air purifier in the room, tea and coffee and a beautifully shaped kettle!
Cons: Nothing negative stood out
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for 4 nights with a toddler, so the washer and dryer Combo was very useful. They also had a small microwave. The room was small but good size and had a small side table which was very nice to have as well.
Cons: Check in is at 3pm and not a minute before. We came in on a early flight and decided not to get early check in as we had plans for the day. We ended up getting back to the hotel at about 2:20, and asked if the room was ready and was told it’s ready at 3pm. I again checked at 2:50 and was again told 3pm..... I mean really? Is this a pay by the hour hotel?! Also, at 3pm, on the dot, we then had to go through all the paperwork again, so not sure what we did when we first arrived and dropped off our bags or why couldn’t have started this at 2:50pm. This was made worse by a clearly tired toddler running rampant in the foyer. Then they also did inform us that cleaning would be clearing the bins and changing the towels if needed. This was fine by us, but they did not always clear the bins or even do a basic vacuum....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, comfortable room. That washing machine was a huge plus to the whole experience, it doesn’t just wash, it dries too. It only takes about 5 minutes walk to Hakata station and there’s tons of shops and restaurants around the hotel as well. Highly recommended.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: There is no daily bed making service unless you pay for it. room is big enough, accommodate with washing machine, microwave and press machine
Cons: front desk staff lack of some knowledge midnight 5am could not be no taxi in town to airport as it is taxi interchange timing, staff should have find out details and advise guest to just change the pick up time slightly early instead of telling us whole town unable to get a taxi.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Facilities are very good.
Cons: A bit noisy because there is a railway at the side of the hotel.
6.0 Good
Pros: 5 mins walk from Hakata Station
Cons: They do not make up the room unless you stay more than 7 days

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to canal city it is a good place to stay to visit hakata by foot.
Cons: Lack of choices for breakfast
6.0 Good
Pros: the location is good, it was at the heart of shopping districts, a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby and was very close to main train stations.
Cons: the room was quite small for a family room, and we had to pay for kid's breakfast when the booking says it is good for two adults and one child. was quite costly for a kid who's not really eating that much at breakfast. food was the same for our five-day stay, so you're gonna get tired of the selection at some point.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location was good and the hotel is comfortable and convenient. Room is cozy and functional. It has a window than can be partially opened to let some cool air in if the room gets too warm with central heating.
Cons: At check in I had to enter the registration details myself on a screen provided and when the system could not find my registered Guest name at check-in the Staff was not immediately available to help. I was checking in for 2 room under my name and then i was required to repeat the entire registration process on the screen for the 2nd room.
5.1 Okay
Pros: Hotel's location is excellent. This is the reason why I stayed at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was also quite tasty with good selection of both Japanese and western cuisine.
Cons: It was my third time staying at this hotel. This time however, the staff were not friendly at all and the room I stayed was old and smelly. Internet connection was horrible. The signal keeps get disconnected every minute or so. I informed this to one of the staff at the lobby, but the issue was never resolved.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: location, very close to subway and main shopping center.
Cons: nothing.
7.5 Good
Pros: Check in and check out process was smooth. Location is great. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Subway was also just a few steps away.
Cons: Breakfast has very limited spread.
5.1 Okay
Pros: The hotel is very centrally located to shopping, restaurants and bars as well as the subway line and buses. The staff were friendly enough and the breakfast is good.
Cons: I arrived with an early morning flight after flying all night and arrived at the hotel by 10am. I was advised that official check in wasn't until 2pm and I would have to wait until this time. I found this somewhat strange considering most North American hotels will allow you to check in if they have a room ready. Even if they didn't immediately have a room ready, they usually make an effort to get you into a room as soon as one is cleaned and ready. I sat patiently in the lobby for the next two hours and then made another attempt at noon to see if any rooms had been cleaned and were ready to be moved into. The front desk's English was very poor so it was difficult to communicate but they again told me that check in wasn't until 2pm. I tried to reason with them that surely some of the rooms must have been cleaned by this point and but was told again that check in would only take place at 2pm. I was told that if I wanted to check in earlier, I would need to pay 3500 Yen for the "overtime". I couldn't quite understand what overtime would be involved since they had to clean my room regardless -- it was just a case of what order they were going to clean it compared to other rooms. I refused to pay this fee and returned to sit on the sofa in the lobby for another two hours. Finally at 2pm I was permitted to check in. I got up to my room only to discover that it was a smoking room (yes, there is still such a thing!). I called down to the desk and explained that I had been assigned a smoking room but wasn't a smoker (interestingly, the kayak site that I booked the hotel on didn't ask for a smoking preference). I was told that there were no non-smoking rooms available (despite me presumably being the first person to check in today!) and that they would send someone up to get rid of the smoke smell. Unfortunately we know how that goes... they attempted to get the smoke smell out but it didn't make much difference. Even thought I was only there for one night, my clothes and luggage still came away smelling like smoke. Hardly an enjoyable experience for the price paid!
7.9 Good
Cons: There is a cigarette smell in the room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: location is good , room is big enough
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is located at central of Tenjin
6.8 Good
Pros: The room was contemporary and clean. The best thing about this hotel is the location right near a subway station and across the canal from two parks and the symphony hall building, which is a great attraction alone because of its green-covered pyramid that you can climb. In the evening, several yatai food stalls set up down the street. It's a great Japanese summer pastime to stroll the canal and get some yakitori. Great location for that.
Cons: It seems slightly overpriced but not extreme.
