Room and view were excellent. The pool area is also good with ample beds and parasols.
Staff could be friendlier. Snacks were limited and too large. On Valentine's Day we were asked at dinner if we would like a glass of Champagne. We said yes thinking it was a gesture by the hotel but when the bill came it was at a cost of 39 Euros for 2 glasses.

Excellent hotel. Staff are superb. Heated pool that is half inside half outside great. Also the Avista restaurant is fabulous.
Main restaurant a little old fashioned.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Wonderful position, although steep hill back up to property. However courtesy bus provided which is helpful.
