It took well over an hour to pick Up my vehicle making me late for the rest of my day. No apologies or discounts on my bill. Car had a very odd odour, not sure exactly but the cleaning products made it smell strongly of something I would liken to a “barn or farm” setting. I accidentally drove through one section of the 407 and they charged me $50, no sympathy. The office space and washroom were also straight up filthy. Avoid here if possible.Reviewed 8 Jul 2025

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are a scam and fraud directly. First, they brought me a manual car. When I wanted to change to automatic, they charged me $150. It is a small car. It costs $57 a day. No problem. When I returned the car, they found a small scratch on the left side of the car. When I asked the specialists, they told me that it cost only $20, but they charged me $557. When I told them I have insurance, they told me that we do not deal with insurance. I told them to take the car and fix it. They told me no. I have never seen a company that deals in this way. When I asked people near them, they told me that they are like this or that they have many complaints with foreigners. They always scam foreigners. The office was clean and well located, and staff was friendly and efficient. Sadly, because it was a single staff, though, it took nearly an hour to get our car. And because the location is on a terribly busy street, they bring the car to the sidewalk, which is treacherous to drive on and off. It was a nerve-wracking experience.Reviewed 2 Jul 2025

The car was good and process was simple, though there was a surprise car wash free with the car pickup rental and then had to wait on the return since they thought I might have scratched the right tire rim, but it was already scratched. Hope this helps! Cheers!Reviewed 28 Apr 2025

Mandated that I accept the collision damage insurance when my premium credit card offers that insurance. I’m addition, I had the declaration form. This was not specified by Kayak or the rental company when booking the car. Third party liability was approved.Reviewed 22 Apr 2025
