The staff were vey helpful, even bringing the car to where we were staying (for a small fee). They were friendly, patient and welcoming. The little car served our needs. Great experience!

I was unhappy that my AAA car insurance was not accepted. This should have been known to me before booking the car.

This company is a fraud scheme. They lure you in with a good advertised rate better than the market prices, but their business is not car rental. Their business is to sell you a protection package that costs 5X the rental price. They scare you with a huge $3000 deposit if your refuse the package, tell you that you will lose the deposit with even the smallest scratch on the car, and when you insist on paying the deposit, their credit card machines stop working with any cards that you give them. So your choice remains to either buy the ridiculous package or waste all this time, go back to the airport and try to find another rental last minute. All rentals try to upsell insurance, but it is always reasonable. I have never seen such level of abuse. I left .

i waited for the pick up for 1,5 hour, called 4 times, they kept saying the driver is on the way. I took an uber to get to the office, there I was told that i have to pay a fee for picking up late, which was their fault, not mine. I went back to the terminal to rent from a well-known company to avoid more scam surprises.

The rental center closed at 8pm, we could not rent the car because our flight was delayed. No warning of early closing hours.

They seem like a sketchy operation. Required a $2k security deposit on a car with so much physical damage I am not sure I will get my deposit back. The car had a visible warning light when rented. I used my own insurance. When I wanted to just use their own collision insurance they said I had to purchase all of their coverages for $80 per day. Not worth the risk to deal with them.

Dear KAYAK Customer Support, I am writing to formally complain about a recent car rental booking made through KAYAK. Upon arriving to pick up the vehicle, I was informed that the car was not allowed to be taken outside the state of Nevada. This restriction was not disclosed anywhere during the booking process, and had I been aware of it, I would not have proceeded with the reservation. As a result, I wasted a significant amount of time and was unable to use the rental at all. Additionally, I was surprised to learn that the booking did not include unlimited mileage, which further contradicted my expectations when making the reservation. Due to these undisclosed limitations, this booking was unusable and represents one of the worst experiences I have had using KAYAK. I believe this situation resulted from incomplete or misleading information provided at the time of booking, and not from any fault on my part. I am therefore requesting a full refund and an explanation as to why these critical restrictions were not clearly stated upfront. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter. was never told before pick up that they would not take my credit card and that I have to pay double for liability insurance. shuttle never came one time then the return trip I waited 30 minutes. car was very dirty as well. communications with the company was very difficult as they dont have an option to connect via telephone with a real person and no way to message unless you buy a Sim card to call them to request an airport pickup
