Cons (-) The outside of the building looks to be falling apart at the columns. The outside of building and the inside of the room could use a pressure cleaning. We took showers in flip flops and slept clothed on top of the bedding. Tarshy at best.

Cons (-) To start, AC unit was extremely loud. So loud, that I couldn't sleep and had to buy ear plugs and a fan. Toilet started leaking from its base and flooded the bathroom floor. Walls were paper thin and could hear our neighbors conversations. Place was dirty and very low quality. Bed was in bad condition and we found hairs within the sheets. Cons (-) No phone, no clock, one bed broken, no iron, nothing to heat water, outdated TV... Positive= competitive rates for Gainesville.

Cons (-) The rooms were dirty. There ciggerrate burns on the tub and toilet. The furniture was broken and the outside was run down.
Pros (+) The only good thing about this hotel is that it was one of the few still available on a UF football weekend.
Cons (-) There was nothing else good about this hotel. Would not recommend to anyone and will never stay there again.
Pros (+) The room was clean and well lit. There was a mini fridge and microwave. It was relatively easy to find and there was tons of parking. The bed was surprisingly comfy and the room had a wonderful AC. Cable tv on a nice flat screen. Wonderfullypriced and worth the $50. Plenty to eat nearby that was open at 2 AM.
Cons (-) We checked in late and could barely understand the guy at the desk. Apparently, its cheaper to call and get a room (the phone rate was 35$, we paid 50). The room was TINY and there wasn't an outlet accessible anywhere. The walls were paper thin and I was awoken to some twit screaming about his girlfriend locking him out of the room. No free breakfast.
