Outdated hotel that needs some love and attention. Ice machines are broken and dust exist in the rooms. Not the best bang for your buck.

Pros (+) If you're going to Disneyland this is a great location. You're 10 minutes away from the park and they have a shuttle service (did not use). The parking lot has plenty of spots.
Cons (-) The rooms and carpeting felt dated. Our sheets had stains on them, hair was stuck to the ceiling in the bathroom, and the room just didn't feel clean.

Pros (+) Beautiful decore, large rooms, comfortable bed. I couldn’t have asked for more. Room service was great, our breakfast in bed was delicious.

Pros (+) front desk was professional and courteous. Very helpful and worked in a timely fashion to meet all of your needs. Special shout out to Julio for going above and beyond to help us out. Breakfast with Leo was outstanding.

Cons (-) The room seemed to have nats in the room. Near the bathroom area as well as the beds. There was also a flea when we had gotten in the room that we had to kill. I paid over $600 for a family suite and I will not ever do that here again. It was not worth my money. The bathroom was beyond small.
