Cons (-) The hotel closed for a week and we never received a notice via email or other and we found out by a sign on the door at 1am we had a room at the Comfort inn. The comfort inn was at least walking distance.

Cons (-) After I left the hotel, we got on a plane and i noticed multiple bites on me. They were small but gathered in clusters, I did not know what it was and didn't think much of it. Then i went to the doctor the following day because they irritated me all night, and the doctor informed me that they were bed bug bites.
