The beds were very comfortable.
Our shower did not work, the lock was busted off of the door, we had an inoperable heat source, a malfunctioning toilet, and the coffee maker was missing pieces.
The location was good, right in town and close to all the action.
The hallway was not vacuumed a single time in the six days I was there and it needed it when I arrived. Their breakfast did not start till 6:30 am would have liked it at least 30 minutes earlier and when I arrived a few minutes early the staff was rude about it.
Very good place to stay, good value.
staff very nice, professional, helpful, n friendly. good housekeepers. nice continental breakfast. hotel is clean. nice mattresses and pillows. have been here before and will definitely come again.
the carpet had been recently cleaned in our room, must have used too much water, there was a very very musty almost moldy smell in the room. the fire alarm went off, we all evacuated, no fire dept showed up, no staff showed up, we just went back in when the alarm went off.
Decent options for breakfast. Friendly front desk. Location allows you to walk down the main strip.
Beds were rough, back still hurts
The location was great
Our balcony did not face the river at all, it faced construction that kept us up all night. The shower curtain had mold on it and there was hair from previous guests still in the bath tub. There was a dried up paper towel stuck to our ceiling and in the peep hole on the door. The locks on the doors did not feel safe. The beds were so uncomfortable that our backs still hurt from sleeping on them. The breakfast in the morning did not make it with the stay at all. It seemed like a chore to walk from our room to the road every time we left the hotel. We only paid $36 a night to stay there, but I would never ever ever pay that much to stay there again!
It was in Gatlinburg.
It wasn't the building on the picture, the whole floor we were on was damp and reeked of mold and mildew and the beds were the worst I have ever slept on! I am still coughing and clearing my throat 1 day later! AVOID AT ALL COST!
