Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the character of the historic building. However, many reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, and some found the facilities dated or in need of refurbishment. While some guests found the beds comfortable, others noted problems with bed comfort and bathroom functionality. Service was generally described as friendly but sometimes inattentive or unavailable, and the lack of breakfast was a common complaint. Overall, the location and staff were the highlights, but improvements in cleanliness and amenities are needed.
