Friendly, great location
Clean, well organised. Rooms are pretty quiet overall. Somewhat quirky free alcohol available in rooms!
Comfortable room with good facilities. Large comfortable bed and pillows were excellent for us. stocked mini bar daily was excellent and the toiletries were plentiful. Two lovely robes and tartan slippers were offered in our room and greatly appreciated to aid relaxation. The hotel is very central to the city for shopping and nightlife
The central location unfortunately meant that no vehicle access (bus and taxi only) is possible to the hotel and whilst the car parks were discounted, they will be quite a distance for some. The furniture in the room was a little tired, but still functional.
Perfect central location close to all shops bars & restaurants. Minibar & decanters in room week worth the extra money and access to executive lounge included as well. Staff were all lovely and were accommodating from start to finish even though a large bus tour arrived that evening the service was still excellent and very well organised. Will definitely be back next time I’m visiting Glasgow.
Great place to stay, close to Queen Street Station and all the nearby Restaurants. The touch of class helped as well and the complimentary drinks were great too. Just had to ask for a little ice!
Trying to control the temperature was a bit of a nightmare and the inability to open our window didn't help either. The only thing that caused any major uncomfort.
Everything was very nice. We had a balcony room and it had nice views of the hustle and bustle. Room was clean. Mini bar was good and complimentary. Breakfast was pretty decent.
Parking. Have to park far if you have a rental car like we did. And you can get a ticket if you try to drop your luggage out front, which is a bus stop. We dropped our luggage off our front anyways and took the risk.
