Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and convenience for exploring the area. However, there are widespread complaints about poor service, with many citing unhelpful or rude staff and issues with reservations. Cleanliness is also a recurring problem, with reports of unclean rooms, lack of housekeeping, and maintenance issues. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some finding it basic but acceptable. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in service and cleanliness to enhance the guest experience.
