Pros (+) Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bedding was comfortable.
Cons (-) The driveway and parking lot needed a little plowing due to the recent snow fall.
Pros (+) Staff was pleasant and competent. Rooms (we had 2) were clean. Restaurant was good for breakfast and late night drinks. What more could you ask for.
Cons (-) Road noise from the interstate could be annoying early AM.

Cons (-) Very small bathroom for $185 a night. Single sink.
Pros (+) The staff was friendly and professional, although some guy who works the restaurant literally chases you down to seat you pointlessly. The location in Golden is close to Red Rocks.
Cons (-) The hotel is really old and run down for the price. The beds weren't comfy, but most of all, the walls are incredibly thin. Each night we had to call security because the room above or next to us was partying... They weren't even being that loud and you could hear every word they were saying thru the wall.
Pros (+) The food service/kitchen staff is superb. They will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy.
Cons (-) I wanted a room a room with a balcony but they allowed me to check in at 11am with no problem.
