Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciated the hotel's convenient location and found rooms to be generally clean and comfortable. However, many reviews mentioned issues with breakfast quality, pool and hot tub maintenance, and inconsistent cleanliness or housekeeping services. Some guests also noted ongoing renovations and occasional problems with amenities such as vending machines and in-room electronics. Staff interactions were mixed, with some positive mentions but also reports of inattentiveness. Overall, while the location and basic comfort were highlights, several operational aspects detracted from the experience.
