Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel for its excellent value for the price, convenient location near restaurants and attractions, and friendly, helpful staff—especially the check-in experience and the presence of the lobby dog, Blue. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with several guests reporting dirty carpets, musty odors, bedbug issues, and general lack of upkeep in some rooms. While some found the rooms dated but clean and comfortable for a short stay, others were disappointed by maintenance issues, lack of amenities, and poor handling of complaints. Overall, the hotel is considered a budget-friendly option with basic comforts and standout service, but improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.
