Guests consistently praised the hotel's oceanfront location, beautiful views from both rooms and the onsen, and the relaxing atmosphere of the outdoor baths. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, with several guests noting attentive service during check-in and throughout their stay. Many enjoyed the quality and variety of meals, especially breakfast and dinner. While some mentioned that the building is older and could use renovation, and a few had concerns about cleanliness or minor inconveniences, the overall impression was very positive, especially regarding the amenities and the unique seaside experience.
