Summary of reviews

Guests say

Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's breakfast variety, clean facilities, and enjoyable pool area. Many found the location convenient for visiting Yunessun and praised the spacious rooms and helpful staff. However, several reviews highlighted inconsistent or unfriendly service, particularly at check-in and check-out, and some were disappointed by the lack of food variety and the crowded, noisy dining environment. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel was seen as a good choice for families and those seeking relaxation.

Pros (+) The location was nice and the bus stop is right out front. The hot springs are also lovely.

Cons (-) The hotel is way overpriced for what you get. The rooms are old and dirty. There are not many restaurant options around and the buses stop running very early. I would love to go back to the area but I wouldn't stay here again.
