Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's attentive and helpful service, spacious rooms, and the experience of having private baths, which contributed to a relaxing and unique stay. The restaurant and in-room dining, especially the kaiseki dinners, were highly appreciated for their quality and taste. However, many reviews pointed out issues with cleanliness and maintenance, such as damp smells, worn furniture, and visible water damage, indicating a need for renovation. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was positive, with the tranquil atmosphere and excellent hospitality standing out.
