Guests consistently praised the hotel's exceptional location with breathtaking views of Mount Fuji and Lake Ashi, as well as its authentic traditional Japanese atmosphere and attentive, friendly service. Many enjoyed the onsen facilities and appreciated the unique cultural experience. However, some guests noted that the breakfast offerings were limited or not to their taste, and a few mentioned that certain amenities or bathrooms felt dated. Overall, the positive aspects of location, atmosphere, and service stood out in the reviews.AI-generated from customer reviews
