Excellent all around. Very friendly at pickup and drop off. Finally got the chance to drive a Tesla and it was so much fun. Plan your trip accordingly though as limited supercharging stations in Nova Scotia depending on where you are going.

Pick up was great -- staff at the Halifax airport desk were friendly and quick. Drop off was the easiest and fastest we've ever experienced in 30 years of travel. Tried to upcharge me for winter tires that I did not want because they did not have a suitable car in the class I paid for. Ended up with a lower class of car but would not refund the difference in cost. Charged for a tank of gas at drop off even though the tank was filled. Will NOT rent from Hertz in the future.
