Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, especially its proximity to the main train station, making it convenient for travelers. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, bathroom conditions, and bed comfort, with several guests reporting maintenance problems and outdated facilities. Service is described as inconsistent, with some positive mentions of friendly staff but also frequent complaints about unavailability or unresponsiveness. Overall, while the location is a major advantage, other aspects of the hotel often fall short of expectations.
