Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's breakfast, cleanliness, and value for price, noting that rooms were generally clean and the breakfast was satisfying. Many found the price reasonable for Hamburg. However, the location in an industrial area and distance from the city center were common complaints, with several guests mentioning noise and limited public transport. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and others less professional. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good choice for short stays if location is not a priority.
