Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the old quarter and nightlife, while also appreciating the friendly and helpful staff. However, many reviews noted the absence of an elevator as a significant drawback, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms tidy and others reporting issues like dust, mold, and unclean bathrooms. Noise levels varied, with some rooms being quiet due to their location in a small alley, while others experienced disturbances from nearby streets or construction. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location and service, but improvements in cleanliness and amenities like an elevator would enhance the guest experience.
