Cons (-) The hotel was sold out. We like to stay at the Fiesta because of location. We ate at Leticia's and had an excellent meal and cocktails.

Pros (+) Aina at the front desk awesome. Very friendly and glad to be of assistance.
Cons (-) I did encounter a problem with the room jetted tub. Resolution waas quickly offered and a good will gesture was proactively made to ensure satisfaction.

Pros (+) I like the location. I really liked the Monday Night Football special at the casino. This is the first time I had ever booked "run of the house". My room was close to the elevator and very nice.

Cons (-) Made a reservation for a king room- first room we get had two queens and it smelled terrible - I went back down to the front desk to get a king room (preferably one that didn't smell) and the lady at the front desk said they didn't have any king rooms (even though that is what I paid for and was on my confirmation). Cons (-) $30 resort fees (above the quoted Kayak price per night), a heater that made a lot of noise at night, a phone that didn't work and a staff that didn't clean the rooms

Pros (+) The price was the reason we stayed. Nice, clean. No too large... yhe pool area and jacuzzi was really nice.
Cons (-) Did not like having to leave hotel to get to pool Would have liked coffee... in the room, or breakfast before 8 am. We are early risers we waited for 2 hours for the buffet to open.
