Pros:The first car we got had a malfunction. We had to switch cars at a different location - Santa Fe airport where Bernard Doo-Kingue was excellent and extremely helpful - the only nice part of our experienceCons:One way rental so we were forced into Hertz. This is not the old Hertz but a new one comparable to Rent-A-Wreck. They didnt have the car we ordered and gave us a smaller one in ABQ. The first car they did give us handled poorly and would frequently light up "MALFUNCTION" on the dash. The lady in the in-town office of Hertz in Santa Fe was grumpy and totally useless. We had to drive out to the airport where we did have a good experience. There was no one in the drop off office in Colorado springs so we had to go find the inside counter to return the car. PLEASE NOTE THEY INSIST UPON $13.50 PER DAY FOR AN ADDITIONAL DRIVER. ALSO the bill came out different that we expected. So overall I'd stay away from Hertz unless you have to.Reviewed 8 Jul 2021

Pros:My issue here wasn't hertz it was kayak.Cons:The issue was, i booked a car online through kayak at hertz. I took a taxi to the location, come to find out the location has been closed for months. I called Kayak and couldn't get a representative on the phone but instead was forwarded to hertz through prompts. Honestly, i will not use Kayak again for renting a car.Reviewed 8 Jul 2021

Pros:There was no staff, only an automat! Did not except two creditcards. I stand at the closed Bromma Airport 22.00 NO CAR. Thank you very much Herz. Never, never anymore!!!!!Cons:Personal, other payment options, 24 hours service at an international airport. Hello, it is 2021!Reviewed 8 Jul 2021

Cons:Over all a happy experience. Just at the pickup, it felt a bit disorganized. I had received email from Kirrk that I can download and do a seamless pickup but never was it said today out was mandatory. I had to download the app, upload my license info and only then was I able to pickup. In the big picture it was a minor inconvenience. Pros:NothingCons:They do not honor same day reservations unless you are using a credit card. They do allow debit cards but reservation has to be made at least 24 hours in advance and this website doesn't tell you that! I ended up paying significantly more than expected!Reviewed 8 Jul 2021
