Pros:The vehicle was not cleaned inside or out. It had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke inside. The staff was not helpful at all and said that no other vehicle was available. I should have canceled and requested a refund!!Cons:The paperwork clearly stated the vehicle was a no smoking vehicle AND that there is a $400 cleaning fee! I'd like to know if these clowns charged that to the previous renters!Reviewed 6 Apr 2021

Cons:It was a surprise that on top of the payment I owed $80 in taxes. This negated the benefit of this transaction vs other reservations. Then, my flight arrived at 9PM. Hertz was closed. I could not get a rental car for one night as none were available so I had to Uber for $60 more. So not reserving here next time.Reviewed 29 Mar 2021

Cons:Make sure you have a major credit card to put a $200 hold after you already paid for it online. Didnt tell me that and I got dropped off at the airport to pick up the vehicle. Stranded.Reviewed 18 Aug 2019

Good ValuePros:Clean, nice car. Polite service. Car had a good phone connection and android app.Cons:Thought I was getting a Toyota, but got a Kia Soul. Car had slow pick up to speed, which was a bit scary when entering the freeway, until I got used to it and could anticipate and adjust for the slowness.Reviewed 29 Jul 2018

Paid more than quotedPros:It was an easy drop offCons:No one was at the office during open hours for 30 to 45 mins. The person didn’t have a key to open the office so we waited even more. I was charged more than I was quoted in an official email with amount I would pay in total and no one seemed to know what to do about it, passing the blame onto the next person we dealt with. It’s still unresolved. I rate check before I buy so I’m not very happy about it. The car had terrible alignment issues. The drop off at corpus Christie however was easy and quick and there was a person at the desk so no waiting at all.Reviewed 7 Jul 2018

Pros:The sales person was also nice and courteous. She was very helpful and assisted my sister in renting a car back to Lubbock. Much more helpful than the other company at the airport.Cons:When I went to return the car, the gentleman who checks your rental agreement to allow you to enter was quite rude. Debit Card issuesPros:Car was fine, no problems.Cons:Website says you can use debit card, but you get there and they refuse to allow you to use a debit card, so you have to use a credit card. This is misleading and false advertising, and can be extremely inconvenient if you don't happen to have a backup credit card prepared.Reviewed 4 Jan 2017
