Cons:The offering of insurance prior to getting the vehicle should have been better , since the insurance at the counter was outrageous. Also the drop off should have been described, since in that airport it is rather convoluted.Reviewed 18 Feb 2020

Pros:Gas mileageCons:The car had connectivity issues. I couldn’t connect my mobile phone to charge it or use its map. On my way, I stopped by two Hertz location hoping that they change my car but they didn’t. I am not satisfied with this rental at all.Reviewed 18 Jul 2019

Beware of Scottish road safety specificsPros:Easy rental check out. Great car.Cons:I scratched 2 tires and rims (because of the road conditions in scotland) and was charged $500 US by Hertz. They excused it as common practice for Scotland because of tighter road safety laws but I’ve never been charged (anywhere else) for tire marks.Reviewed 28 Jul 2018

Cons:Requested a compact car, wound up with a huge eight-seater van than was difficult to maneuver on the extremely rural roads we had planned to use. Had a terrible experience with drop-off; enormously unclear signs that made the actual drop-off itself challenging. Also were charged an exorbitant amount for a few scratches that may have been on the car originally; since their photos they send you at the beginning are only isolated shots, you can't say for sure whether things are new or old. They added "after pictures" but again, these are isolated and you can't even tell which parts of the car exactly the scratches are on. Be very cautious using!! Also, don't purchase their insurance; it is absurdly expensive and poor coverage!!!Reviewed 30 Apr 2018

Quick and easyPros:The drop off was in the parking lot and was very quick and easy.Cons:It's kind of a long walk to the terminal. Not really a complaint because it makes sense and I'm just as happy to get myself somewhere on foot as wait for a shuttle and drive around circles.Reviewed 22 Nov 2017
