I picked up the car it was not wash. It did not have a full tank of gas but they indicated it in my receipts. I had to filled it up, but when I mention it to the front desk person his answer was: I can’t do anything about that.Reviewed 21 Mar 2025

Great experience. The mobile check-in option was very simple and the Hertz rental counter being right inside the airport is super convenient. Picked up our truck quickly and easily. Drop-off was equally simple with a short, covered walk into the airport which was nice since it was pouring and we were traveling with our toddler. They did have a vehicle for me, BUT it was a fully electric vehicle that they said was all that they had in my price range. The last time I rented from this particular Hertz, he gave me a complimentary upgrade just to be nice. But this person, Alfredo, kept shoving the key at me and started my paperwork even though I'd never used a fully electric vehicle before. Here's how it went. You have to drive WAY out of your way and wait in line with other cars (which takes about 30-60 minutes) to charge your car (which takes another 1-2 hours, it's very slow) and while your charging your car, other people stare you down as if to say "Are you done yet?" In general, there are WAY too many electric vehicles than there are charging stations and when you get there very few work. And even swiping your card may not work. I was a single woman on a long trip. Being stranded in the middle of the desert with no way to recharge was not an option. Clearly Hertz just cares about the numbers than my safety.Reviewed 18 Mar 2025

I think the company is ridiculous. Only 3/4 quarters of a tank of gas a they considered that full . I was hit with a ton of BS hidden fees . The car for the money was a disgrace . You can’t get ahold of anyone from customer service. I was highly disappointed an will probably never tonite hertz again unfortunately.Reviewed 18 Mar 2025
