Cons:Because of the coronavirus we had to cancel, which I did a couple weeks in advance. I still had to pay $50 for the rental and the full $110 for the insurance because I didn't cancel 30 days after I rented which was before we knew about coronavirus.Reviewed 20 Apr 2020

Pros:Pick-up of vehicle was a bit slow, they seem to schedule everything for noon at this location. Not enough staff to handle it all. This is not a major location, adding staff is not likely.Cons:Less multi-tasking when things get busy might speed the process, taking phone calls, checking reservations and doing check-ins and drop-offs all at the same time is not efficient.Reviewed 10 Jul 2019

Cons:The car had an issue with the front sensor and it kept going off. When I called Hertz, they didn’t seem concerned, nor did they replace the vehicle. We added a second driver later in the vacation and the new employee misquoted the price to me but wouldn’t honor it.Reviewed 10 Apr 2019
