Pros:It was a horrible experienceCons:The lady said my reservation through your site meant nothing and I was stranded at the Montgomery Airport for 24 hours.... I will not be using Kayak ever again and will not recommend this to anyone I know...Reviewed 24 May 2021

Pros:I love being able to get the car so easily, and the employees were extremely helpful when I needed help understanding the invoice. I had to call after the rental was over, and they were very professional even though I wasn't understanding the invoice. They never talked down to me or made me feel embarrassed because I needed some clarification. Their response time was very fast, even though they had to do a little research in order to take several screen shots that helped me understand the situation.Cons:There was no part of the rental experience from booking to completion that could have been better.Reviewed 14 Mar 2021
