Horrible. Received a confirmation email with a total price. When I showed up to pick up the car it was over 200 more. After 30 minutes at the counter (employee was trying) I walked away paying $75 more than quote. Then the car was old and had over 37k miles on it. Seats were stained and gross. Desk Clerk couldn't add my Hertz Gold Number to reservation. Gas tank wasn't full and since I purchased the refill option that was a punishment for me. Car had 40k+ miles and it showed. Front wiper sprayer broken.Reviewed 6 May 2024
