My contract stated my drop off would be March 26 at 6:30 PM. I arrived 2 days early and paid $151 extra for the early rental, specifically asking twice if that was all the cost. A couple days later I sat down to read my Hertz contract and it said the drop off now was changed to March 25 at 2:30 PM. After waiting on hold for a half hour I reached a live person and telling her the issue she actually laughed and said.. no, you need to drop it off on the 25th. I told her my original contract states the 26th but that didn’t matter so I had to pay extra. They emailed me a new receipt and they had changed the drop off to 2:30 not 6:30! I called again and waited and waited. After over 45 minutes I gave up and just extended it AGAIN! I paid in good faith for a rental through March. 26 at 6:30 but instead never got what was agreed upon. Horrible customer service, Horrible experience.Reviewed 30 Mar 2026

The airport counter was quick, but then there was only one employee at the next level to give out the cars. The line was 15-20 people long and there did not actually seem to be any cars in the parking lot. People in the front of the line had been waiting a half hour to talk to the one employee. Others who had already talked to him were standing idly waiting for a car. We left without renting.Reviewed 25 Mar 2026
