Stuck for want of a shovelPros:I asked for a shovel as St John’s Newfoundland has just received 20-20 cm snow. They said that they didn’t provide shovels. I had already paid $20 for four snow tires to be installed. I told the individual in charge that I had just had shovel my way out to come ask for a shovel when I realized that the car didn’t have one. We had to look for ways around to avoid windows left by plies or just uncleared streets as we had no means to dig our shelves out of trouble short of buying a shovel if we could find one RoyReviewed 9 Dec 2018

Pick-up in Deer Lake - Return in St. JohnsPros:I drove the Tuscon over 2700 km during the 11 day rental period, and it was comfortable, roomy, pleasant to drive and reliable.Cons:I returned the vehicle at St. Johns, Newfoundland. The location of the off-airport return site was not provided in the rental documents, and I had some delays in trying to find it. Fortunately, the shuttle ride back to the airport with our luggage was prompt and pleasant. The rental agents handled the return quickly and professionally.Reviewed 9 Sep 2018
