Cons:Upon arrival at Verona Airport car rental service, we requested to talk to the manager about the car pick up and rental problems we encountered. However, the manager was not on duty and the staff told us that we would be able to see the manager when we return our rental car two days later. When we returned the car and asked to see the manager, we were again told the manager was not around. We were clearly misled into thinking that we could talk to someone of authority regarding our problems encountered in this car rental. It seems that the rental car company was not interested in listening.Reviewed 16 Sep 2017

Cons:I filled the car with gas < 5km from the drop-off office; however, La Spezia office was closed from 11:30am - 2pm. I showed up at 1pm. Having no one to process the check-out, I left the keys in the box. Reviewing my bill, there’s a 70 Euro charge for fuel - despite my returning with a full tank.Reviewed 31 Jul 2019
