Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness, with several mentioning clean rooms and well-kept facilities. Some guests also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. However, there were frequent complaints about the breakfast, with guests finding it lacking in variety and quality. Other issues included overcharging, deposit problems, and occasional maintenance concerns. Overall, while cleanliness and some aspects of service were highlights, improvements are needed in breakfast and billing practices.AI-generated from customer reviews
