Pros (+) best location at a very reasonable price. Staff Penny is very helpful.
Cons (-) the single room is very small, after leaving 2 luggage in the room, you can't turn and walk. room has few windows, it's a terrible view and horrible air quality, keep the windows shut and blinds down.
