Pros (+) Convenient for layovers. Good shuttle bus service. Food options for late, jet-lagged arrivers. Check in hassle
Cons (-) Check-in hassle: my husband made reservation for me & our son and took forever for them to give me the room — they wanted to call him halfway around world like I was scamming him! Annoying for tired travelers. Shower drain was clogged, and tons of hair came up into the tub. Gross!
