We visited the pool at ground floor. The staff there are very friendly and help as much as they can. Big shout for Addison who did a great job caring for us. He provided great service and when he overhear we are lack of some bags he brought a couple of bag for us right away that we didn't ask him. Pros (+) Convenient for layovers. Good shuttle bus service. Food options for late, jet-lagged arrivers. Check in hassle
Cons (-) Check-in hassle: my husband made reservation for me & our son and took forever for them to give me the room — they wanted to call him halfway around world like I was scamming him! Annoying for tired travelers. Shower drain was clogged, and tons of hair came up into the tub. Gross!
