Pros (+) The stAff lacked professionalism. The hotel was mediocre at best. We never ate there. The shuttle service was good. They did not resupply the room each day. The amenities were barely acceptable.
Cons (-) The overall experience was barely acceptable. There is a musty smell in the hallways. there was a big blob of hair in a towel when I finally got a fresh one

Pros (+) Stayed here for 4 days on a social visit to Amsterdam. Found the room to be very clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities within the room were good and refilled daily as well as a small fridge. The bathroom was spacious and very clean, shower was fantastic.
