They kept trying to upcharge us for everything! Our original price went from $140 to like $400 before I said no to all extra charges. The drop off location was also INCREDIBLY difficult to find.

It was fine but I had some mechanical or electrical problems with the car and I called Alamo and there wasn’t a quickly solution, so I looked for help in other persons. I was in the middle of a trip and I couldn’t wait all the day for a solution

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and efficient both at pickup and drop off.

Cons:

When we picked up the car the staff person assisting us did the processing outside at the car. This would be OK in nice weather but it was raining when we picked up. Suggest that the procedure be done as much undercover as possible when weather is bad.
